Read the conversationAn Interview is a conversation, recorded and lightly edited, with someone whose work shapes the cultural life of Duncanville. The subjects vary: a painter mid-career, a venue operator, a teaching artist, a producer, an organizer behind a recurring event. The format stays the same. A long sit-down, a photograph, the time the subject deserves.
Interviews are an editorial series of the Duncanville Arts Foundation. They are published alongside The Tuesday Note as the work warrants, rather than on a fixed cadence.
If there is someone in Duncanville’s arts and culture life you would like to read at length, write to the Foundation through the submission form with “Interview suggestion” in the message. The editorial team reviews suggestions on the same Tuesday cadence as events.
